If you are unable to sleep: 

1.   rub the oil of khashhaas poppy on the back of your neck.

2.      Eating red tomato slices with sugar sprinkled on them is helpful in curing inability to sleep.

3.      Using onion before going to bed can also help bring about sleep.

4.      Eating fruit chaat (mixture of different fruits chunks) also helps bring about sleep.

5.      Sometimes dandruff in the hair can also cause loss of sleep so massaging the head with oil would help.

6.      Instead of tea or coffee use more of fruits and milk.

7.      Soaking your feet in salted warm water can help you sleep better too.

8.      Applying some mustard oil in your bellybutton can also help in sleeping.
